Sales Accounts Administrator – County Tyrone

£20,000 - £22,000 + allowance

This well-known local business has been established over 25 years, with multiple sites and clients across the UK and ROI. They are now looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to work in their County Tyrone office. The successful candidate will be the “day to day” point of contact for suppliers, transport partners and customers. You will be responsible for sales to Wholesale and Commercial customers. The role will have Sales processing, Account administration and route planning elements.

Duties Responsibilities
· Internal sales: wholesale (Incoming outgoing calls)
· Credit control /debtors / calling direct debits
· Sales, Purchase, and Nominal ledger
· Wholesale Invoicing
· Stock control SOP/POP
· Lodgements Duty Reclaims/RDCO reports
· Key account management – Contract Renewals, Account Queries etc
· Stock Reconciliation – Month End Stock Reports
· General Office Duties – answer phones, compiling reports etc
· Website maintenance
· Supporting other departments when required

Essential Criteria:
· At Least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post
· Online banking / calling direct debits experience
· Excellent Computer Skills – Email, Advanced Excel, Word, Internet, Access (Perito/Sage experience advantageous)
· Quantitative Reasoning Skills
· Good Analytical Skills
· Work to deadlines
· Profit and loss understanding
· Good Geographical Knowledge – Vehicle Rooting Requirements
· Excellent Communication Skills / People skills – polite talkative personality

There can be “Out of Hours” on call duties for this role requiring telephone / email responses to clients, however an allowance will be paid in these circumstances.
