Sales administrator/ Bookkeeper
Hays are working on behalf of a growing and flourishing company who are seeking to recruit temporary Bookkeeper/ Administrator local to Kings Lynn. This role is Initially part-time but could go on to full-time.
The successful applicant will be tasked with producing profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, submitting tax returns and raising invoices. It is essential that applicants have held previous jobs completing accounts to profit and loss. Recent bookkeeping experience is essential.
Other duties include data cleansing, sending out the company catalogues, sending out marketing e-shots, order processing and general ad hoc admin duties.
The applicant will also need to have experience using Sage Line 50, as they will need to be able to utilise the system to its full potential. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to make their mark and really make this role his or her own.
Communication and organisation are fundamental to this role. The successful applicant will not be afraid to get on the phone and work independently. Although this vacancy is temporary to begin with for the right candidate the role could grow into a long-term opportunity.
