Sales Administrator (German)

This company is a trusted provider of Mobile Device Management solutions. The company’s main objective is to support many industries ranging from retail, manufacturing, and healthcare through to government and logistics amongst others. Due to the company expanding they are now looking for a fluent German speaking sales administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers needs are met the main duties will be to handle inbound / outbound calls as well as emails and will be required to translate between German to English and English to German with ease and ensure that customer service is delivered to a high standard during all communications.

Key skills required to be successful within this role are excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German. Must be a strong team player as well as able to work autonomously and have strong problem solving skills.

Key Skills :

· Able to speak fluent English and German
· Strong team player as well as the ability to work autonomously
· Experience in working within a telecommunications environment is desired
· Excellent customer service skills
