Due to their success they are expanding and are therefore currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Sales Agents to join their centre of excellence in Slough. As a sales agent for Neilson Financial Service Ltd the successful applicants will be required to answer high volume inbound calls as a result of marketing response, and to make outbound calls to a variety of warm leads. The position requires a high standard of communication and customer engagement , as well as a need to ensure that sales targets, KPIs and the highest standards of compliance are met.
To be considered for the role applicants must have proven capability to interact over the telephone in an articulate, grammatically correct, clear and professional manner, have competent computer skills, ideally have experience within a quality controlled working environment (eg verbal scripting and procedures) and ideally a background in sales or sales related environment.
The successful applicants will be driven and self-motivated, have excellent customer service and communication skills, have a strong attention to detail and a high level of aptitude in learning and retaining information as well as a desire to help others achieve within a team environment.
