Sales and service agents
Leading insurance company based in Manchester city centre have sales and service jobs available.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident, clear and helpful individuals who can deliver quality service to customers whilst offering them the most beneficial products that the company offer.
37.5 hours a week based on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday 8am till 8pm. (Saturday 9am till 5pm and Sunday 10am till 2pm)
You will need to pass a credit check and provide reference details for the past 2 years if successful.
You will be a key point of contact, answering inbound calls.
Providing a comprehensive service and promoting the company's new services and products.
You will need to solve and action customer queries and respond effectively to requests.
You will be given the appropriate training to provide you with the skills and knowledge to offer the service required.
Duties
Meet and exceed quality targets and up selling targets of core and add on products.
Listen and understand customers needs
Ensure service is given maintaining best practise and company standards
Contribute to the team and assist peers to maximise all business and sale opportunities

Previous experience in customer service and sales role preferably in a call centre environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve and pro-actively react to information being given
Positive and upbeat attitude
Be able to assimilate and relay information whilst paying close attention to detail.
