A Sales Assistant is needed for Sewell Lexus of Dallas. Sewell Automotive Companies is an industry leading business where you will be proud to work. We are in need of a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our Sales Department at Sewell Lexus Pre-owned of Dallas.

As Sales Assistant, you will be asked to work directly with a Sales Associate to ensure the timeliness and efficiency of the sales process. This position requires a high energy level, can-do attitude and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Sales Associate. The right candidate will have an interest in sales as a future career path.
This opportunity will require some evenings and weekends as well as paid overtime. Saturdays are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

•Check trade-in cars into our computer system
•Take pictures of the vehicles and ready to post on the internet
•Manage the flow of the car thru the service department as well as thru the make ready department
•Assist Sales Staff in delivery of vehicles
•Communicate the flow of the pre-owned car inventory
•Test drive with customers
•CRM system tasks as needed

Qualifications:

•Professional presence
•High School Diploma-Some college preferred
•Must be able to work Saturdays
•Works well under pressure
•Can meet deadlines
•Works quickly
•Familiar with Microsoft Office
•Outgoing and friendly personality

•Clean driving record (no more than two traffic tickets within the last three years), no DWI or DUI, no felonies and a clean drug test all required.
