Sales Associate

This position is an entry into software sales. Duties will include, prospecting for customer leads, setting up product evaluations, developing and closing business, as well as maintaining the relationship with customers. Maintaining the relationship will involve customer support for all current and future customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities using Prospecting Metrics
- Generate business revenues from new both in the US in the SMB market
- Maintain a good level of service and support with existing customers
- Provide weekly verbal and written reports, opportunities and forecasted closure of deals
- Exercise judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Possess thorough knowledge of company and products/services
- Be able to present and sell our solutions to all levels within the organization
- Send direct mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients
- Qualify and follow up with sales leads
