Sales Associate recruitment
Our client is a leading provider of research, data, analytic tools and related services to debt capital markets and credit risk management professionals worldwide. The company’s products and services provide the means to assess and manage the credit risk of individual exposures as well as portfolios; price and value holdings of debt instruments, analyze macroeconomic trends; and enhance customer’s risk management skills and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract management and administration (preparation, execution and record retention) for new sales and renewals of existing business. Work with Sales, Legal Finance teams to ensure adherence to strict deadlines and compliance with Moody’s standards and protocol. Ensure all contracts are fully executed and archived.
- Manage contract fulfilment with attention to timeliness and quality control. Set up client access/permissions for services accessed electronically in accordance with contract specifications, terms, and effective dates. Supply clients with access details and manage de-activations in the event of cancellations.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate client data, process sales orders or adjustments, and document pertinent transaction details. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the sales cycle. As needed, use CRM to prioritize assignments and record activities or client interactions.
- Provide a high level of customer care by following up on invoice changes/problems, permissioning issues, product queries, user changes, or potential opportunities. Coordinate with Finance, Collections, Sales Administration and Client Service Desk to ensure client queries are resolved completely and promptly.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting of usage stats, sales pipeline, account information, trials, and booked sales.
Requirements for this role:
- Educated to degree level
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledge of financial markets is and advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in reading and organising contracts is also an advantage.
