Sales Associate recruitment
We are looking for a salesperson to execute their personal strategy in attaining interested leads that eventually result in committed clients. All around support will be given to salesperson. Applicant MUST have experience in sales along with knowledge of financial markets and expanded contacts. International connections a plus.
Ideal Candidate Descriptors:
- Past experience in the financial markets. (equity investment in hedge fund or institutional firm)
- Aggressive, ambitious, self-motivated individuals with the ability to succeed in a sales environment
- Self-starting, hard working, persuasive and confident
- Work well in entrepreneurial spaces that reward creativity and individuality
Compensation:
- 33% commission plus bonus for hitting sales targets.
- Perpetual commissions on existing sales.
