Sales Consultant - Systems Integration Security Services Provider

Our client provides systems integration, security and virtualisation services to corporate and educational establishments. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join their team.
Working in a modern, friendly and trendy environment, you will be responsible for selling project work and managed services contracts to businesses across the UK. This will include selling into the existing customer base, identifying new opportunities and generating leads.
As a Sales Consultant, you will also be expected to develop new business and grow a loyal customer base, creating an ongoing revenue model, which will drive not just the company's success but also develop your own earning potential. What's more, you will receive vendor product training, marketing activity and technical pre sales advice to make sure you're a success.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- B2B IT sales experience, ideally selling security or networking products
- A driving licence
A team player, as a Sales Consultant, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to work on your own initiative. A desire and the determination to succeed are also key.
Ideally, you will have experience of using a CRM system, but this is by no means essential. Experience of working for an IT reseller would also be of benefit.
