We are looking to recruit a sales consultant for our model city of Yarrabilba, an exciting, new, fully master planned community, located in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions - the Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor.
This role will see you converting enquiries into sales, using your personal selling skills to sell off the plan land and house land packages. You will develop customer relationships that deliver the best outcome for the customer and the project team as well as implementing local initiatives to generate new leads and public relations opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to establish an information network with competitors, as you will be studying and reporting on competitor activity in the project catchments area.
An Estate Agents license, or certificate of registration will be essential, as will real estate sales experience including off the plan and house and land package sales. A current drivers license will also be required. Experience working in a similar project environment will be an advantage, but is not essential.
