Sales Coordinator
Responsible for implementing and managing all Specialty Leasing (SPL) and Partnership Marketing (PM) common area activations and all audit compliance of the SPL/PM deal flow process.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Administrative
• Send out Introductory Packets
• Submit for Background checks
• Work Order production
• Tenant File Management
• Maintain CSA audit compliance: Insurance, Rules Regs, Background Check, Timely processing and execution of STLA
• Miscellaneous internal and external correspondence
• Maintain center move in/move out calendar
Accounting
• Processing of Agreements/Contracts to SharePoint
• Reconciliation of Billing: Rent Roll Verification, Re-class Requests
• Accounts Receivable • Miscellaneous Charges/Billings: Fines/Late Fees
Operational
• Visual Merchandising: Maintaining Merchandising Plan, Liaison visual merchandiser
• Attend all appropriate center meetings • Implement and manage all SPL/PM activations in coordination with internal and external service providers: RMU roll-outs, Inline Openings, Common Area Activations, Manage installation of PM banners/signage/exhibits, Client Liaison for exhibits and shows Reporting
• TM1 input and reconciliation • Salesforce data management: Contact Management, Lead/Opportunity Management, Agreement Generation
• Reports as required
Sales
• Assist in the deal renewal process
• Triage incoming prospective clients, via phone or walk-in
• Show common area and in-line spaces to potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of a high school education or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year in a coordinator capacity supporting multiple managers
• Previous experience in a sales environment preferred
