Sales Director for Listed Global Securities firm

The Sales Director should be capable of providing his/her own direction to the company and offer strategic direction on how to grow in selected markets. The Company will expect you to meet aggressive sale targets and in return will provide you with all the required resources in product development and sales personnel. You will in inherit an existing sales team of 20+ people spread across regional offices in Asia but will also be expect to recruit and built the sales team in line with your sales strategy.
