The Desk
The Sales department is responsible for all the leads. The goal is to make them customers by handling request for information by telephone or e-mail.

The first impression of BinckBank that future clients will have is determined by the Sales department. The department therefore is characterized by providing a great service in a professional manner.

Employees of the desk are focused and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality. All employees are very well trained en have a passion for the financial markets. The atmosphere on the desk is informal.

The Job
You are responsible for serving future customers [leads] that have requested information about a Binck account. You answer questions while you convince these potential customers of the value of our product. As a Sales employee, you’re an expert of the Binck product. Only then you can offer the future Binck customer an excellent service.

The Profile: bachelor/master
• You’re looking for a starting position
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language in word and writing
• English speaking
• You’re flexible, communicative and commercially driven
• Working hours are often in the evening
• You live in the Milano area
• The qualification of ‘promotore finanziario’ is a preferential requirement
• An experience in the sales area of other intermediaries specialized in investment services benefits your profile.
