Our customers span multiple verticals from Manufacturing to Digital Content Creation (DCC) Industries, including Automotive, AEC, Video, Broadcast, 3D Modeling and Animation. The market is exploding with exciting applications that apply advanced graphics solutions for editing, modeling, rendering, compositing and 3D, as well as highly parallel computation on the GPU that led to breakthrough capabilities such as interactive photorealistic rendering, PhysX, and accelerated Moldflow simulations. NVIDIA's Professional Solutions Group creates and sells products and technologies to meet these needs and is looking for a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to drive partnership strategy and business growth for our Tier 1 OEM partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall owner of NV Workstation OEM Sales Enablement process driving growth initiatives, market share penetration, and solutions-based upsell strategies.
- Requires direct engagement with T1 OEMs, channel, and ISV partners driving programs, marketing collateral and documentation, market share and revenue goals, and continuous process improvements
- Defines GTM strategy by region and defines toolset and engagement - meets with partner community and internal NVIDIA team to prioritize Workstations Sales Tool requirements
- Develops Metrics and KPIs to track share and growth including opportunity pipeline, sales/partner training, marketing and channel sales program effectiveness.
- Establishes relationships with counterparts at T1 OEMs, documents and understands relationships within the OEM to drive Sales Enablement, and directly engages with them on status.
- Works with various NV content providers and experts to create and package easy-to-use sales tools (e.g. sales guides, training decks, presentations, demos, collateral, ROI calculators, competitive analyzers, etc).
- Drives development of training curriculum and content roadmap for partner sales enablement (calendar of tools, trainings, events).
- Collects feedback from partner community and internal sales org on effectiveness of tools and continuously works to improve quality of content, format, and delivery worldwide.
- Leads cross-functional internal team meetings to track status of deliverables and share partner feedback.
- Works with NV Solutions Architects and OEM teams to ensure all partner labs and customer briefing centers are equipped with product and marketing materials.
- Manages content, agenda and speakers of key subject area for Annual Sales Conference

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of high tech channel sales, or channel marketing. Technical marketing, product marketing, or field marketing also considered
- Strong customer relationship skills. Robust rolodex of T1 and/or T1 channel partner relationship are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Is self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives
- MS/BS required, MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience and understanding of high performance computing market is preferred but not required
- Willing to travel as required to meet with partners and lead training efforts (up to 15-20% of time)
