Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales, Unified Communications Software Company

We are an international unified communications software company that is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to work with our exceptional Channel Sales Team. We are partnered with Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco, NEC and more. This is an excellent opportunity if you love working from home and traveling throughout the great state of Texas. We work across multiple verticals and our client list is expanding. If you are a Sales Engineer with Telephony and Avaya experience, please read on!

What you need for this diverse position:

- 5+ years of experience supporting resellers and Channel Managers
- Experience working with one or more of these platforms: Avaya (preferred), Microsoft, Cisco and/or NEC
- One of these certifications is required: ACA (Avaya Certified Associate), MCSE, MCP, MCTS (OCS 2007 R2 or Lync 2010), CCNA or another industry related certification
- Experience with preparing RFI's and RFP's
- Solid understanding of Unified Communications
- Must be able to travel up to 50% in the Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston and Austin regions

What you'll be doing:

- Support our Channel Managers in Dallas with proposals and project design requirements
- Provide Sales Engineering support and attend customer meetings for our contact center software
- Pursue revenue opportunities for software orders, billable work and other projects as needed by our Sales Team.
