Sales Executive/ Director of Wealth Management recruitment
This will be a senior level sales position. Main job will be to acquire new clients via an existing referral program (from one of the largest discount brokers the US) in the Silicon Valley region. This position will be salaried, bonus and partnership depending on success or transfer of clients. If you are currently running a small RIA, we would have an interest in speaking with you as well.
Candidate’s Qualifications:
1. Selling to high net worth families and individuals for 7-10 years or selling into a referral program for an RIA
2. Ability to service relationships that become clients for a period of time
3. Comprehensive understanding of estate planning issues. CFP would be preferable
4. Deep understanding of RIA marketplace
5. Desire to work in small workplace environment. Current firm consists of less than 10 employees
6. The ability to travel across the Bay Area region for appointments at multiple different branches
7. Series 65 and clean FINRA record. No complaints or settlements
