Our client are a leading IT / Printing company based in Romford looking to recruit a new Sales Executive candidate to join their rapidly expanding successful team due to high demand. This role has been created due to increasing demand for the organisations products and services in a fast paced, high reward market. Sales will be generated from new business and internal leads and will offer a great basis to develop a very successful IT sales career. Progression is available and the company pride themselves on the development of their staff.

Role - Internal Sales Executive

- 18k-20k Basic
- Genuine OTE 30k+
- Uncapped OTE
- Office based

Responsibilities of an account manager

- Hit monthly sales targets
- Develop and source new business opportunities
- Diary management
- Follow up on incoming leads
- Ability to speak to decision makers
- Ability to see new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts
- Build rapport quickly
- Increase sales levels
- Hit monthly KPI's

Skills/Experience Required for this internal sales position

- Successful sales professional
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience developing new business
- Strong Listening skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding / previous experience in solution selling
- Ability to cross sell / upsell
