Sales Executive (Norway)
We are looking for an articulate and confident Sales Executive to take responsibility for handling the complete sales process and driving profitable business to IG’s Norwegian branch through conversion of prospects to active clients, education of the client on the concept of margin trading, trading in different asset classes, comfort and familiarity with the IG trading platform.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and have an enthusiastic approach when speaking to new clients
- Appropriate questioning skills to uncover client needs
- Capable of adapting selling techniques and style to audience
- Professional and organised approach
- Financial sales experience and proven understanding of the market place
- Any previous experience of selling margined products, in particular FX or Contracts for Difference, would be advantageous.
- Educated preferably to degree level
- Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
- Drive and tenacity in reaching goals
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast moving and fast changing environment
