Sales Manager
COPIC is currently hiring a Sales Manager. Applicants should have Property Casualty (PC) Insurance experience including Sales, Underwriting, or Agency experience.
Required:
PC license in Colorado and non-resident's licenses required in all other states in which COPIC writes business (Colorado license must be obtained within 60 days of employment). The ideal candidate will also have strong written and verbal communications skills, good organizational skills and strong research skills. Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or related field preferred.
The basic purpose of this position is to develop, grow, and monitor the performance of all sales activities for COPIC Insurance Company. The individual in this position will also manage and nurture COPIC's dual distribution system in all states. This person will also be responsible for account management and renewal attention. Required local and contiguous state travel up to 50% of the time including occasional weekends.
