The position
We are seeking a new Sales Manager to develop our client base in United Kingdom, and more particularly in London.
Supervised by the Head of Sales Continental Europe, you will manage and develop a portfolio of financial institutions. Generating new business, you will be targeted on executing and exceeding the business plan and growing sales in your area by applying ULLINK’s sales strategy and policy. This involves both selling more products to existing clients as well as opening new client accounts in a highly competitive environment.
Your profile
You have at least five years of direct sales experience, preferably within the electronic trading industry (Sell-Side institutions).
You have proven track record of independently developing new business in the UK.
You have a good overall knowledge of the Financial Markets industry, including terminology, trading techniques and trading technologies.
You are comfortable selling in a highly competitive business environment.
You have the desire and tenacity to beat targets.
You have strong closing skills.
You are able to manage multiple client relationships successfully.
You are very driven, and able to work independently.
You apply a high level of integrity and ethics to your business style.
