Sales Manager China ( LTE WiMax CDMA ) Job in San Jose 95113, California US
We are seeking a Greater China Sales Manager that will be responsible for cultivating the major account business in the region and managing the sales activities. The right candidate will be able to develop and execute sales strategies plans and will manage the technical field resources in the region to support major accounts and maximize our business. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong customer knowledge, industry experience, and a successful track record working in a fast paced environment. This position will be located and based China. This position will be based in Mainland of China. This position does require fluent Mandarin and English.
Position Responsibilities
- Own develop a sales process to exceed the bookings quota for Greater China.
- Build upon our current relationships and partnerships with key strategic accounts in the Greater China region.
- Manage lead the major accounts, including but not limited to customers Ex. Huawei ZTE NSN ALU CMCC etc..
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including qualification, justification, approval, and purchasing.
- Lead the field applications engineering resources in the region to ensure world class pre post sales support
- Work with the internal organization and executive staff to define and execute major account sales strategies
Experience
- We are seeking someone with a strong sales track record five to ten years in a technical sales or sales management role. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong proven track record in growing and managing business at major accounts. Knowledge of the region, and someone who has a rolodex of customer contacts at all levels of management within the target organizations. We need a strong candidate with the ability to develop strategic account plans and understands major account selling processes.
- Strong Customer relationships with wireless mobile and cellular ecosystems is highly desirable, operators, infrastructure OEM's and device vendors etc.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English and strong efficient communication skills in a business setting
- Strong Technical Aptitude holding a high level of confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Confident in presenting and communicating with all our technical stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
- Must be proficient in both Mandarin and English
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
- Strong customer interfacing skills
