Requirements
* Management of the sales team, sales targets and performance
* Coaching / Training new and existing sales resources to sell our products and services more successfully
* Developing go to market strategies for existing and new products and services
* Ensuring that the sales team is continually motivated and business focused
* Develop relationships with key partners
* Manage the weekly/monthly reporting process and procedures
* Track record in managing multiple sales pipelines
Skills
* Ideally with 5-7 Years experience in Selling IT solutions and 2-3 years in management
* Strong presentation skills
* Well developed interpersonal communications and negotiation skills
* Microsoft, Powerpoint and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong influencing skills
