Implementation of the liabilities sales strategy for the ream and region being managed.

Generate incremental sales volumes to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the region as team.

Grow the liabilities book by acquiring new to bank customers and deposits.

Manage the existing liabilities book by ensuring regular and effective customer relationship management that leads to deepening of relationships and retention of deposits.

Engage the sales team effectively to ensure sales discipline and practices in line with the overall strategy.

Recruit, develop, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver high standards of sales services across all identified markets.

Review select existing customers’ portfolio to identify potential multi product sales opportunities for the team Members.

Acquire new to bank customers based on own contacts and network as well as accompany team members for the bank or fulfill service requirements.

Regularly report team MIS in the form of achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.

Manage the Market intelligence process, gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful smooth delivery of clients’ services.

Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery.

Implement adequate performance management measures in line with bank/HR policy accompanied by periodic appraisals.

Train the sales team as and when required on the bank's products and policies.

Ensure business sourced is fully compliant and adhering to the bank's policies and Central Bank norms regarding KYC, restricted lists etc.
