Sales manager recruitment

 Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to drive the sales for the company’s full range of services and he or she will be expected to identify new sales targets, develop client relationships, address client needs, conduct client demos and manage the sales cycle. The sales Manager will prepare high quality RFP responses and proposals and coordinate with accounting and legal teams for contract closing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue quotas by performing sales functions

• Identify and connect with potential new clients

• Prepare marketing material for sales in coordination with the marketing team

• Maintain pipeline of sales process

• Provide intelligence on the market for marketing purposes

• Coordinate with global Sales teams for effective sales to global organizations

• Maintain a strong understanding of products and client workflows

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years sales or relevant industry experience, i.e. account management

• Fluent in Japanese and ability to communicate in English with internal members of the company through mostly emails, but also by conference calls and meetings.

• Proactive and self motivated

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Proven track record consistency of achieving sales quotas

• Detail oriented

• Ability to Multi-task

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Financial Industry knowledge (preferred)

• Ability to work with all levels of management

• Creative Problem Solving

• Experience in Investor Relations is a plus

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
