New Sales / Business Development Manager - £50,000 base - OTE £60k + benefits

The New Sales / Business Development Manager will establish and build relationships with new (and selected existing) hospitality clients, to drive revenue via apprenticeship programmes specifically tailored to the Hospitality sector. Through proactive and creative selling, the successful New Sales / Business Development Manager (Hospitality) will identify, engage and launch training solutions in close cooperation with the Operations team.

Our client is an extremely successful and fast growing training organisation with a compelling and original business model. They have a rapidly expanding customer base across the fitness and leisure, hospitality, adult and elderly care, children's and young people's care, call centre and retail sectors, specialising in both government and personally funded Apprenticeships and commercial training.

The New Sales / Business Development Manager (Hospitality) will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing new sales and opening new accounts, developing relationships at all levels and closing sales at Board level. The role is primarily to develop your own prospects, leads and pipelines to achieve monthly / annual revenue targets and KPIs. Knowledge of and contacts within the hospitality sector is therefore important.

The role is predominantly new client acquisition and the successful candidate will be a strong SALES professional with a B2B background, a driven self- starter able to meet and exceed sales targets. Ideally you will already have existing relationships within the Hospitality sector but most important are the networking and relationship skills, a consultative style, a flexible attitude and a passion for success.
