Job Summary

Responsible for leading Sales Enablement projects and change management activities that support U.S Sales divisional strategic needs. Lead project management activities specific to the design and deployment of key Sales Force Effectiveness processes, tools and technology such as SalesForce.com, Business Intelligence Tools, Mobile Tools and Incentive Compensation tools. Develop and implement critical communication change management strategies and processes to support all transitional and deployment activities.

 

Principal Duties Responsibilities

-Develops analyze and document critical business system and process requirements and executes project and risk mitigation plans for the deployment of Sales Force Effectiveness processes, tools and technology.

-Manage small and large project team’s resources across all phases of the project life cycle.

-Prepares project requirements and business case documents for project activities and monitors performance to ensure that project commitments are met.

-Oversees assigned personnel for project. Assigns work and provides direction with regard to

timelines and completion of project objectives.

-Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines.

Provides performance input upon completion of project.

-Measures the overall project/program outcomes to ensure desired results have been met.

Responsible for creating and executing change management frameworks that will drive expected business and project results (focused on training, communication, driving value proposition and increased tools adoption).

Education/Experience Requirements
