Sales & Relationship Manager
Job Description
· To understand the post-trading requirements and revenue potential of the assigned customer segment; and to formulate account plans for these key relationships
· Prospect new clients
· Maintain and grow existing accounts, whilst identifying developing new business opportunities especially with a focus on Collateral Management services
· Act as key entry point in maintaining the overall relationship with the appropriate level of seniority/influence in the customers' organizations
· As point of escalation with the ability to manage and coordinate the various stakeholders towards win-win solutions · Perform due diligence and KYC tasks
· To maintain close contact with market participants and relevant market knowledge to spot trends and opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for individuals that can exhibit the below skill set and competencies
· Sound knowledge of securities services business especially in collateral management; with at least 4 years of experience in a client facing role
· Experience in covering Indian sub-continent will be an advantage
· Client focused
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self- starter, team player
· Ability to deliver under pressure to meet defined targets
· Structured and analytical mindset
· Graduate or equivalent relevant experience
· Hindi and/or Tamil will be an advantage
