TIMBER BRIDGE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
National Timber bridge construction firm is looking for a professional sales person to sell high end exclusive bridges throughout the nation and internationally to architects, contractors, engineers, Estate home owners, developers and owners.
1) The Sales Rep aggressively networks with existing clients within designated territory with the goal of strengthening relationships, establishing and developing partnerships, and generating viable leads.
2) This person will need to have the ability to apply sales techniques into a technical environment. The position will also require the ability to be extremely organized and efficient.
3) To be successful, the Sales Rep will have a strong technical sales ability that is value oriented to be able to sell our products at a higher margin.
4) We would prefer the applicant to possess construction experience including contract writing/negotiating, estimating, and the ability to do all of the above over the phone and face to face.
5) This is an office-oriented position with 10 – 25% travel.
6) When traveling the Sales Rep will conduct presentations in front of large engineering groups, meet one on one with owners or multi million dollar development firms, engineers and/or complete site investigations to verify scope, etc.
Salary: 30k; Plus Commission
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to generate sales, expand the client database, develop current relationships and generate leads. The ISR will be responsible for aggressively networking with existing clients in the U.S. with the goal of generating quality opportunities, strengthening relationships, and establishing and developing partnerships for the company. In addition, the ISR will need to review, follow up and follow through on all lead source material available. He/she must also follow established guidelines, obtain pertinent information and forward new opportunities through the appropriate system for assignment to other sales representatives. This position is for an entry level inside sales representative with the potential for growth and advancement into a National Account Executive.
Pay Range: $14.00 to $16.00 (based on experience); Plus Commission
Technical duties include:
· Entering all new contacts into the Sales Database with all required information.
· Updating Contact Records in the Sales Database with pertinent information received from phone calls, visits, etc. (enter every phone call generated or received)
· Updating Opportunity Records in the Sales Database with status and pertinent information of projects
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word.
2. Proficient in working within the Internet
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
4. Ability to quickly become proficient in Goldmine (contact database software)
5. Extremely organized.
6. Ability to quickly obtain a high level of technical knowledge regarding bridge design
7. Strong general sales skills; Strong Closing and Negotiating Skills
8. Ability to follow detailed procedures
9. A positive attitude team player
