SPECIFICALLY, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL:
Under direct supervision of the Sales Manager, the individual will plan and carry out sales and service responsibilities in the field. Candidate will sell and service engineered seals, packing, and TFE. Individual will evaluate customer and prospective customer needs for products and services and sells the superiority of our products to fulfill customer/prospect needs. Requires the ability to develop innovative ways to increase sales by coordinating field product applications with manufacturing and engineering design capabilities. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and move, raise and lower parts weighing up to 25 lbs. Additional duties and responsibilities may vary upon individual branch requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Sales and/or service of engineered sealing products, including maintenance and expansion of large customer accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires knowledge of engineered seals, pumps and equipment specifications and plant operations acquired through job experience. B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, sales/service background required.
