Sales Representative (Program Facilitator) Job in Johnson City, Tennessee Us
Cars, Credit, and Care – that’s what we offer our customers at Smart Auto – a brand new dealership coming to Johnson City. Most of our customers receive financing from our exclusive in-house lender, Smart Financial. Every vehicle in our program includes a warranty of 12, 24 or 36-month, 36K miles, which is unheard of in the used car industry. We definitely stand behind everything we sell. All service is performed on-site by certified technicians at our state-of-the-art service facility. Most important, we offer our customers the opportunity to advance in life by improving their credit through our program and reporting on their behalf to all three national credit rating agencies.
Our sales associates are Program Facilitators (“PF"), constantly on the lookout for customers that will benefit from our program. A PF calls customers in his/her prospect list, schedules appointments for customers to visit the dealership, explains our program, and collects information from our customers prior to their interviews with our in-house lender, Smart Financial.
A successful PF enjoys gathering new prospects through referrals and other lead sources, making phone calls to new and existing prospects, and meeting new people every day. Positive, outgoing personalities and self-motivation and characteristics of the most successful PFs. No automotive experience is necessary. One can expect to work around 50-55 hours per week five days per week (never Sunday). Our hours are 10AM – 8PM so evening work is part of the position. We expect base salary to range between $25,000 to $30,000 and total compensation with bonus to equal between $45,000 to $60,000 or more. Please remember this is a team selling position and not an individual performer role.
