SALES SPECIALIST – INSIDE SALES

Position Description:
The Network Sales Specialist handles inbound and outbound calls to automotive dealerships to promote and sell Reynolds and Reynolds’ Network solutions. You will be a member of the Network Sales team where you will be responsible for selling Network and connectivity solutions. These solutions allow the dealerships to connect to OEM’s, customers, internet connectivity as well as connectivity to other dealerships that are remote from the host location. There are additional solutions such as Remote Backup and Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus and Firewall solutions. The majority of your duties include making outbound calls to automotive dealerships to develop opportunities to sell from our portfolio of network solutions and services. You will be responsible for managing existing business as well as developing new business. You will manage the sales process including objection handling, business discovery, negotiating and closing opportunities. You will also partner with Account Managers to maximize sales with our customers and act as a subject matter expert for our Networking solutions and services. Other responsibilities include basic administrative duties such as updating and maintaining the appropriate reporting/database systems as necessary.

Training: On-the-job training as well as classroom training through Reynolds University.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2 years related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Account management understanding and ability to execute all aspects of the sales process
• Automotive industry experience preferred, but not required
