Sales Specialists – North Asia – Leading Software Vendor. recruitment

Our Client, a Leading Software vendor is looking for a sales specialist to handle Hong Kong and the North Asian region for software solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
A.Manage the sales process, including:
•Source and contact potential new clients (prospects) and identify opportunities in prospects and designated existing clients
•Pursue and close deals for products and services to prospects
•Develop proposals and cost options to meet client needs. Arrange contracts and payment details
•Plan and document sales campaigns for designated territory
•Use Salesforce.com to keep record of account contact details, sales activities, report on sales opportunities and pipeline
•Engage and co-operate with other Dion Global functions, including product specialists and technical specialists to ensure they are appropriately deployed with clients and prospects
•Keep abreast of and report on competitive activity in territory
B.Be responsible for the satisfaction of the clients solutions, including:
•Keep in consistent communication with existing clients and new prospects
•Deal with all correspondence and complaints promptly according to company solutions guidelines
•Answer prospects and clients questions promptly and satisfactorily, or escalate immediately to appropriate individuals.
Internal Organisation:
•Reports to Head of Sales, Asia
•Based in Hong Kong office

Experience, Skills and Personal Requirements:
•5-8 years proven sales results and experience
•Financial Markets knowledge and experience
•Personable and well-presented
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Strong negotiation skills
•Persevering, enthusiastic and self-motivated
•Able to understand clients’ needs quickly
•Ability to travel and sell in North Asia markets
•Able to master a large variety of product and application specifications
•Strong client relationship skills
