Sales Strategies Manager
AMP Capital Investors is now recruiting for a ‘Sales Strategies Manager’ to sit in the newly created ‘Global Distribution’ team, part of the broader ‘Global Clients’ business unit. The position is based in Sydney.
Global Clients is responsible for product strategy design, channel marketing and business and sales support across client channels and investment teams.
This Sales Strategies Manager role is focused on fund and capital raising from global institutional investors with a concentration on Asia.
The position will develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies, targeting new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse and maintain latest industry and market information, providing analysis on targets. Develop short- and long-term strategies to attract and inform investors. Monitor the trends, and target investors
- Work closely with investment teams, regional sales teams, marketing teams to develop and successfully execute capital and fund raising programmes for private and public market strategies. This requires strong coordination among internal teams to gather needed information to support prospective investor responses. Investor requests may include general questions about the firm and due diligence questions
- Develop and enhance sales material, RFP’s, presentations for clients and consultants, investor relationships, and provide market research on potential new investors
- Provide sales support to the Asia based Managing Directors
The successful candidate will be Degree qualified, will have a minimum of 5+ years of funds management experience, and familiar with private markets and fund raising.
Extensive knowledge of and experience working with CRM tools (salesforce) and campaign management would be an advantage
Languages:
• Mandarin fluency would be an advantage
