A manufacturer leading within their market have a new job opportunity for a sales support advisor. The company is looking for someone to join their already successful team based near Wincanton. As the advisor you will mainly be dealing with customers calling to make an order.
The role will vary but you will ensure all customer contact is of the highest standards. You will be the first point of contact for any customer wanting to order the products, maintaining the database to ensure all contacts, information is up to date and orders are accurately recorded.
The successful applicant will already posses a brilliant telephone manner and telephony skills, you will be able to work in a team, have a very good working knowledge of desktop I.T software and already be familiar with a customer service role.
The company offer a basic salary of £15000 and various benefits which include: free onsite parking, a bonus scheme on achieving targets, a generous 25 days holiday and bank holidays off, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week and various extras which can be chosen dependant on needs.
