SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Description:
A new and exciting position is now available within a leading investment management company for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their London based office. Within the UK Wholesale Sales Support team you will provide sales support to the Investment Directors and Sales Managers based out of this region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience within a financial sales environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate corporate events and investment visits
- Arrange travel, book meetings and general diary management
- Maintain and keep up to date a CRM (salesforce) database. This role will require an initial period of specific Salesforce support duties to ensure the CRM consolidation project and prior data clean is supported.
- To act as the admin support for the team, handling calls and responding to specific requests for information
- To maintain clear administrative records
- To support the team, in the planning and organising of core activities, communication of information and continuous improvement within the team
- To create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships with all internal and external customers
- To contribute to the improvement of systems, products and services
- Liaise with key product providers

Core Requirements:
- Sales Support/PA experience (preferably in a financial services environment).
- Some knowledge of Mutual Funds or key Investment Products would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Touchstone/Management Information and/or Salesforce preferred but not essential
- Successful track record within a financial sales environment – ideally an Investment house.
