The Sales Support Manager- EMEA is responsible for supporting the pre and post-sales effort for the EMEA region. The person will work internally in preparing documents for meetings and support the follow-up activity, as well as handling inbound and outbound telephone inquiries and emails from clients and prospects on our UCITS funds. This person will be located in London office.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Prepare sales documents for meetings (e.g. presentations, Zephyr and Morningstar reports, etc.). Works effectively with marketing, PAT and the other necessary functions to source information where needed, but is also independent in preparing documents.
• Supports follow-up on client/prospect meetings by preparing and sending the appropriate documents.
• Provides exceptional service to current clients and future prospects, which involves telephone contact (inbound and outbound calls) and emails. Handles account specific questions and resolves account problems effectively.
• Respond to periodic requests from clients for fund reporting.
• Works with Pivotal and documents activities in the client management database.  Utilizes our fund analysis and other systems as needed to support the sales effort.
• Forwards appropriate sales and marketing materials to advisors requesting information.
• Resolves daily issues and problems delivered from the sales team regarding client/prospect follow-up, operational issues, etc.
• Works with BI team on compiling sales flow data and trends to monitor sales activity. Able to compile and present figures in concise and immediate fashion

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the asset management industry with preference for a person who has had exposure to international markets and supported colleagues in different markets
• Self-starter and strong drive to succeed in own role and help others succeed in their daily tasks.
• Understanding of the asset management industry, the sales process and intermediary sales models in different jurisdictions.
• Ability to source information and build market intelligence and penchant for working with numbers- performance figures, sales numbers, etc.
• Independent in moving forward assigned tasks, but a strong sense of team.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• A second language is a plus (German or French).
