Our Client, a US headquartered and NASDAQ listed corporation has taken the online marketing industry by storm. Through providing local online marketing solutions to small and medium sized businesses they have opened access, via their advanced and patent pending technology to the majority of the internets search engine portals. Due to continued growth and their commitment to build a world class sales force, they now have an immediate need for a Sales Trainer to be based in London.
As a Sales Trainer you will program manage curriculum preparation and content for our client’s new hire sales training orientation program and on-going education courses. More specifically, you will prepare and deliver classroom and field-based training and custom instructional materials for all products and services, support and train all Sales Leaders in the on-going training and support of Sales Executives in the field, conduct sales skills workshops relevant to aspects of the sales cycle, both to individuals and groups and coordinate the execution of in-classroom technologies such as A/V, video conferencing and other online learning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4-5 years sales training experience gained within a target driven sector. You will be technically aware, internet savvy, entrepreneurial in spirit and a natural leader who can inspire and train a growing sales team. You will have a solid appreciation for new business generation and account development. You will have a proven track record, show stability in your career and be able to demonstrate previous successes and achievements.
The successful candidate will be offered a base salary circa 55k with an excellent benefits package.
