Job Title:    Sales  VP    

Role Summary:   
Develops  the organization’s Sales strategy and pipeline for AIS business unit in Singapore. Primarily Focused on PE/RE business segments across SE Asia. Will also be the Back up Hedge Fund Sales resource in SE-Asia. While primarily targeting PE/RE managers, the candidate will also target Asset Owners in the region who allocate across these segments.

Job Duties Responsibilities:   
•    Understand and can articulate the full breath of the PE/RE market for Asia. In Particular and to start with understand the pe market for HK, China and Singapore, India. Later understand Australia and other SEA markets
•    Develops a sales plan for the region
•    Develops the pipeline across all PE/RE sub segments
•    Actively sells to PE/RE managers and Institutional Investors i.e. Asset owners in the region. It should be noted our primary client segment are AI managers but our solutions sets may cover all of State Street solutions.
•    Actively communicates market knowledge to wider AIS team so our business partners can understand the right solutions sets needed.
•    Aids in the production of Sales collaterals. Works very closely with marketing locally and globally
•    Liaises with Global Corporate Communications to insure our input to and proper use of the brand, messaging, visual language, etc.

Scope Differentiation:   
Focus of this role job: initiate sales strategy and pipeline and execute both .

Minimum Job Specs:
•    Bachelors Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Computer Science or Liberal Arts. MBA preferred.
•    7 – 10 years of prior experience in ces Sales.
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
•    Excellent presentation and sales skills required.
•    Strategic thinker with strong sales focus. 
•    Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple divisions and levels.
