As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Consultant will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for clients in a team environment. The consultant will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions using different methods, techniques and tools. The consultant will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products and use individual functional/ technical knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Work will be performed under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks using already established procedures and best practices. Capgemini US LLC and its U.S. affiliates are EEO/AA employers. Capgemini conducts all employment-related activities without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, citizenship status, genetics, or status as a Vietnam-era, special disabled and other covered veteran status. - Meet with clients to conduct needs analysis and make recommendations on Salesforce customizations - Develop project scope and schedule, gather business requirements, define action steps for project - Customize Salesforce.com to meet business needs including picklists, fields, dashboards, reporting, etc. - Develop and deliver training on customizations - 2 to 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator - 4 years as a business analyst - Salesforce.com certification preferred - B.S. in computer science, information systems or related degree Other Skills - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Well organized with attention to detail - Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times - Work with clients, either on site or remotely, to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to SalesForce.com Must be willing to travel Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 100%
