Salesperson – Telecommunications

My client is an iconic Australian company with a long history of serving the people in Australia.. They employ up to 30,000 people who in some way or another provide their customers with telecommunications services including fixed lines, mobile, and internet.
They are currently looking for several full time salespeople for their very busy store at Casuarina.
If successful, your main objective will be to provide an excellent level of service to your customers, whilst promoting the wide range of products and services provided by this market leading company.
Your main duties will include:
- Achieving sales targets in line with company expectations
- Meeting the customer service standards of the business at all times
- Handling sales and service contracts
- Dealing confidentially with customer information
- Identifying your customers needs through appropriate questioning techniques
It is expected that you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous customer service and / or sales experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- An understanding of and passion for new technology
- The ability to work closely to policy and procedure
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
What's in it for you?
- A base wage including super of $38K
- On targets earnings of $46K +
