SAM / Software Licensing Support Analyst
My client, a global bank, is looking for a SAM / Software Licensing Support Analyst to join their security and risk support team within their Central London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the access control system, perform license reviews and manage software requests.
The candidate will have the following:
• Good communication skills
• Minimum of ITIL V3 Foundation
• In depth knowledge of SAM best practice and industry standards.
• Experience of working within a Service Management role with particular focus on Supplier Licence Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in using Procurement and Call systems, (STEPS, eService Desk, CMS or similar tools)
• Ability to produce management reports from a variety of data sources.
