SAP HR Project Managers and Business Analysts recruitment
Your key Project responsibilities will be focused on SAP HR modules related initiatives, an area in which there is significant investment, across this group globally. In addition to projects for the existing entities there will also be a significant amount of integration initiatives to on-board new entities.
The main responsabilities for this team will be to manage the implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 HR modules acros several locations in APAC.
We are looking for Project Managers and Business Analysts, with the following skills set:
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of project management/business analysis experience in HR related projects
- Knowledge of SAP HR Module
- Previous SAP HR project management experience within Investment Banking or a brokerage environment.
- Experience and knowledge with the HR business workflow
- Assertive personality – able to challenge implementation consultants and users if necessary
- Strong inter-personal and negotiation skill
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align business needs with technology functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Those positions have different levels of seniority but all require someone who is both technically minded and business savvy with strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels of an organisation.
