Job Description:
Project name: HR Process Assessment and Roadmap Strategy
Job Role Skill Set: Application Architect - SAP
Required skills: Experience performing as-is and to-be analysis for their current HR systems
Project description: - Develop a roadmap for a structured HR service delivery approach to align with customers global process consolidation of its support functions - Review current level of process consolidation and/or disaggregation of functional approaches within clients operating regions - Using best practices and past experiences to determine opportunities for global standards for named in-scope processes by identifying mandates and requirements in various geographies as they apply to Client HR Operations - Assess readiness of current HR application environment to enable standardization of global processes and service delivery - Develop a high level approach to prioritizing programmatic solutions and high level costs to address a global process approach for in-scope processes and HR applications.
Assignment period: 3 weeks
Location: Deerfield, IL (about 30 min north of Chicago)
