SAP Integration Lead recruitment
Our Hong Kong based multinational client is looking for for people to carry out the following functions:
-Be the subject matter expert of SAP retail, lead and provide guidance in the function area across modules
-Assist with developing scope during the initial project phase. Interact with business users and understand their business processes, pain points and business requirements.
-Have a big picture of issues and assist functional consultants in problem analysis resolution
-Advise legacy system function replacement with equivalent in SAP.
-Translate business needs into system requirements. Document all business requirements and domain details.
-Explain technical / architectural complexities to project or business stakeholders
-Prototype a SAP solution by configuring the system in a sandbox like environment
-Demonstrates the standard SAP solution to business users and project team to identify gaps.
-Write or review functional specifications to address gaps which will fall into different 'RICEF' (Report, Interface, Configuration, Conversion, Enhancements) categories.
-Specify the security requirements for the functional solution. (i.e. who is authorised to change pricing)
-Collaborate with other functional consultants and project team members to resolve issues and obstacles as project progress.
-Validate the system configuration and test scenarios setup by outsourced vendor.
-Perform and support data conversion from legacy systems.
-Support System Integration Testing / User Acceptance Testing and facilitate business sign off.
-Provide input to training (both project team business user). Some SAP training delivery might also be required.
-Act as a communication broker to facilitate open communication between business community and project team.
