Major Accountabilities For Expert Sales LAC:
•Provides leadership, motivation and manages a sales team that takes technology products and services from Product Management and Development, through the sale process.
•Delivers revenue results for the Latin America and Caribbean region for the technology based products and services offering of MasterCard.
•Develops Sales Strategy for technology based products and services in cooperation with Divisions/Markets, Segments and GPS.
•Leads cross-functional teams to help deliver on sales.
•Develops go-to market strategy to commercialize products in coordination with Markets and Product Management and Development.
•Facilitates close working relationship with Product Management and Development.
•Facilitates close working relationship with Customer Deliver.
•Draws upon general competitor intelligence, merchant-specific strategies and support, Advisors, and other sources of analytical data when creating group strategy.
•Serves as a representative/spokesperson for Technology Based product sales within, and outside of, MasterCard Worldwide.
•Works to bring technology based product Execution's strategy into alignment with MasterCard's corporate strategy.
•Understands trends in the market to help develop unified or unique value propositions for MasterCard offerings.

Experience:
•Demonstrated minimum of 15 years of consultative financial software product sales and sales team management experience in a multi-country environment, in financial services, bankcard industries.
•Ability to create strategic business plans and objectives by demonstrating strategic thinking and advanced communication skills.
•Demonstrated awareness of a sensitivity to regional or national cultures, business etiquette, product features, and technical requirements.

Education:
•Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
•Languages: Strong English, Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
