Scheduler (Part Time)
A market leading leisure company in Southampton are looking for a Scheduler to join them on part time permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is the responsibility for delivering results through Communication and Team Work with Personal Leads. Proactive ownership of the Customer Experience through effective use and understanding of CC systems to make recommendations and influence forecasting and scheduling will be the main outline of the position.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for acting as a conduit between resource planning and the operation to ensure sales are maximised through great customer service and team KPI’s being achieved. In addition to this the chosen candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with peers across the business to ensure a consistent approach and to be recognised as operating at a Manager’s level and an expert in Contact Centre and Travel.
With regards to experience, a background of running the daily operation of real time, demonstrating the knowledge of the performance on a daily basis will be needed. In addition to this, knowledge of relevant wfm and telephony systems will be adequate and exceptional applicants will have knowledge of booking systems however this is desirable and not essential.
The salary for this role is £18,000.
