Science and Technology Portfolio Manager Job

The Mission Support Business Unit is looking for a Science and Technology Portfolio Manager. The candidate will support the Associate Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Science and Technology (ADDNI/ST) within the office Deputy Director National Intelligence/Acquisition, Technology, and Facilities (DDNI/ATF). The ADDNI/ST - serving also as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence/Director of Science and Technology (ODNI/DST) -is the principal staff assistant and advisor to the DNI for all matters related to science and technology, to include Intelligence Community (IC) research and development (RD) activities. The ODNI/DST serves as the IC's Chief Technology Officer. Candidate shall implement processes enabling the ODNI/ST to effect comprehensive communications with other DNI offices, IC agencies, commercial and academic organizations, and individuals. Candidate shall assist the ST with any number of written documents to include background materials for other DNI offices, project planning and programming documents, budget spreadsheets, etc. Candidate shall administratively and substantively prepare the office for a wide range of events, to include designing and implementing project plans. Candidate shall provide policy, strategy, procedural, programming, and/or planning ST reports and documents, to include the Joint Strategic ST planning documents and CDAs. Candidate will also provide written and verbal feedback on Program plans, Program Performance and Accountability reports, funding, schedules, and community roadmaps. Qualifications : Required Skills: Candidate shall have knowledge of the Intelligence Community or DoD science and technology organizations and relationships; and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) and how the National Intelligence Program plays in that process. Candidate must have a combined 15 years experience and must have experience working with NSA programs. Along with DoD and the National Intelligence Community science and technology, advanced research, systems testing, acquisition management, or related area. Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in a science or technology discipline with a master's degree is desirable. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered for the position.
