New Product Development is a key growth initiative for Brady Corporation and we are currently looking for an experienced Scrum/Agile software project management professional with proven capability managing new product development for software projects. Qualified candidate will have overall project management responsibility for all aspects of new product development including technical, quality and delivery. Ensures projects meet customer requirements and remain within business and project boundaries and they are executed according to the New Product Development process. Manages both strategic and tactical decisions to set project direction, define resource and budget requirements and ensure project completion. Key attributes are strong “evangelist” behavior and a sense of “ownership’. Primary responsibility is leading projects through the complete project life cycle, and be directly accountable to business unit and corporate management for results (high visibility).
