Our client, a major player in the freight forwarding industry, requires a Customer Service Executive to work in the sea freight exports division in their Bradford office. This is a very exciting position within a global organisation.
The General role:-
• To serve clients professionally and efficiently.
• To liaise with all key operational parties including vendors, internal offices involved stakeholders.
• To actively contribute to and support all sales/commercial activities.
• To process operational and commercial documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• To apply all defined Credit Control rules processes
• To understand the file accrual / provisioning process
• To undertake all tasks functions in accordance with Company Policies, Practices and Standards

To be the successful candidate for this exciting position you will have at least 12 months experience in Sea freight exports with excellent customer service skills. Experience in Far East and China markets would be desirable. A positive bright attitude is a must. You will be a highly motivated team player, the ability to work under your own initiative is also essential.
